Do i have to resubmit my application for this affiliate network ?

Yes you have to separately join this affiliated program.

Basis of payment

Payment will be on the CPA basis,consolidated payments twice a month in case you choose electronically transfers.

Will it be easy for me to be in it ?

Well this time it might be difficult well i don’t know but they have written that every application will be reviewed by the Google Affiliate Network quality team. If approved, you can apply to advertiser programs. And advertisers might accept or decline partnerships at their discretion.

You have to remove your old referral code from your website(s): It is better to remove all,the code in once and by patiently and carefully before the last week of August, so that you can continue to effectively monetize your ad space.
