here is the script for that it is i version 1 and is quite old as it was submitted in November 25, 2004 after all four years back but works perfectly if you do as they stats you this script bundle consists of three main fields for your wap guestbook users these are name, email and comments. It has some plus point of rating system also.It is written in pho and it uses mysql also.
It is written in wap/wml format so it is easy to handle it because it is simple and best
