Many people think that google or any other search engine had willingly removed their web pages from search engine results do you also think same.
well it might be true to certain extent because if you fail on some grounds then there are very much possibilities that they might take you out of the search engine results.

you have to login to webmaster tools of google www.google.com/webmasters/tools
then just on the right hand side you will find the link to tools >>> Request reconsideration
Even though they take some time of about one two weeks but they check the request manually
