well it is true that internet is a place for community and the person who have better

Msn is now starting a new questions and answers platform just like yahoo and google.
It is here at http://qna.live.com/

They are focusing some objectives like

Encourage users to discover content and functionality in new ways.

given areas of expertise.

What is QnA ?
Live Search’s starting to enable people/users find what they’re looking for.

Sometimes you may not be able find what you’re looking for just by entering the search terms

on Live Search(they admit it) and getting desired results. But sometimes it may be better or

easier to get your answers or tips from a live human being.

So it is a better strategy from msn point of view to make themselves visible on net.
