Webmaster tools from msn sucks

Msn is now on the path of google and is really trying just to copy what the big man is doing and just trying to take an advantage over other small competitors as soon and as well as he can.

NOw it is easier for webmasters to make their websites included in msn just make the sitemap and submit it over there it is quite much similar to google and yahoo.

They are giving two choices for webmasters to add their websites in msn and getting authorised that is through a meta tag addition or the other is by adding a xml file to your website

There are so much faults in this beta version that i cannot tell you the most annoying was the lack of proper navigation system.When you add the website they ask you to add sitemap also at the same time but when you are not prepared with sitemap and just want to add website or get it authorized then it becomes impossible to go back and add sitemap.You have to again add and edit that meta tag or file which you have uploaded and delete the already added website.

I don’t know why they leave such a basic behind them….whatever lets hope it goes well.

Things which lacks

Other things which google provide like top search queries and removing the webpages from search engines,setting crawl rate(you can do so with robots .txt file). Submitting more than two sitemaps and many other small things soon it will be there.
