Flash indexing by google
It is quite old news but really is worthing that google had now developed the technology to index and identify the flash files.This is good for both the search engines and the webmasters specially those who had always wanted to make the websites for the presentation like jewelry etc.
They had improved the indexing technique to index textual content in SWF files of all kinds.This includes Flash “gadgets” such as buttons or menus, self-contained Flash websites, and everything in between.
It means whatever is in your .swf file presentation can be added by google as the snippet of your website,it can act as your website description.
They are also indeing the webpages which you have linked with the flash.They are not including images in this.
Do this include videos like youtube??
NO this doesn’t include videos like youtube at all.

Their crawler indexes the whole swf file then pin out the things in the same way that a person would, by clicking buttons, entering input, and so on.
They have utilized the Adobe’s new Searchable SWF library for better and improved search-ability.
Your javascipt loaded flash file will not be indexed due to lack of googlebot’s effectiveness in identifying those scripts.
