today there is a war typo between the search engines and the webmasters even though they both are two wheel s of same chariot even though there is a fight between them when we look at the web today it is full of information and according to recent studies google has about 1 trillion websites in its database which make it more difficult for the search engine to pin out the better results even though we know that google which is the prime search engine also fails some time to give proper results.Out of these tons of webpages there are many of them which are just copy of each other and lacks information.

What i think simply it can be defined as : That the person holding a copyright is the sole person who had either developed or added such additions to the product (product can be though as anything) which no body else had done before and he has the sole rights for amending or doing anything with it.In simple words The legal right granted to an author, composer, playwright, publisher, or distributor to exclusive publication, production, sale, or distribution.

we are talking here about the content copyrights : content might be copyrighted for some website like related to medical field or books etc which you might not republish but when we talk about the issue of general websites then there is no copyright except the intelligence of the search engine now it has to decide which one is the copy of another and how to rank them.Its simple solution is the webpage which is crawled first will be ranked simply better then what comes next.
