Ping service allows you to automatically notify the blog directories and search engines that your blog is updated. The higher your ping list more likely to operate on resources, so check the list below and include it in your blog

WordPress users to ping their list of Control Panel and then click Settings and then writing.
For automaticalliy pinging through wordpress do the following steps.

1)Go to dashboard

2)Then move on to the settings section  >> then to writing section here at bottom of the page you can find
Update Services
