1)So in first case all you have to do is simply follow these steps.As we all know that google provides different CPC for the different terms or you can say it the top paying keywords.You have to collect those keywords from various sources out there on the internet.

2)Choose the bigger list i would say for more than 8000 or 8000 will also do.Even though i am having that list i cannot share with you. Sorry not because of money factor but because i respect the hardwork of the guys involved in it.

3)You can check for the list every month and remain update with latest trends now choose a decent keyword from that list,not the ones which are really boring and hard to make our website to rank for look for the one which you would like to write for and you are interested in making website.

4)Now choose a domain name which is relating with that keyword i am not supposed to explain it here now the reason behind it.

5)Use any cms i would suggest wordpress or joomla for better results with the better plugins installed in them.

7)Now you should add data for your website specially quality data you can seek help of professional writers for it.It is better to write article including that main keyword in mind.Enjoy writing not just for making money or using the translation copy trick it is a serious not fruitful thing.Make atleast 50 quality pages.And if it is blog make sure to add 1 quality article in every 2 weeks atleast.

8)Bookmark that website to different social websites like digg,stubleupon and others.

9)Do all the seo part in gradual terms don’t hurry things, perform meta tags check,add image tags,avoid duplicate content,perform spelling check and also do link exchange for your newly made website.

10)Get listed in search engines >> go for better seo implementation and rankings also try if you can get listing in dmoz,yahoo directory and business directory.
