Your e-mail address:
Enter the e-mail address where you may be contacted now. Facebook will contact you via this e-mail address.

URL (Web link) of the profile:
Specify the internet address where you can change the profile.
In the format like: http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=509948247

Description of a procedure to reproduce the problem:
Provide information about how you hacked account. It is recommended that a time / date you are able to access for the last time.

Now send the form.

After a few days, you hear back from the personal Facebook. They can provide you with more questions to verify your account ownership.

It never happened to me but it’s good to know should it ever happend how to get control back over your account.

I do change my password every month and this will hopefully help prevent the account being hacked.

My Facebook account is hacked by someone and he changed the email if the account and the password, he also hacked both my old emails and he changed the password and the security questions and everything!
what should i dooo??? :(
