1)First login to feedburner.google.com

2)Choose your feed item from myfeeds tab on the top of the dashboard.

3)Go to Publicize tab then choose socialize

4)There it will ask you for your twitter username and password ,please do it and approve it.

5)Now there are some options right there like

Include link
Leave room for retweets
Hash tags:

Use inline hash tags
Additional text:

Item Selection
Item limit:
Post up to new items per feed update
Keyword filter:

6)Choose according to the type you want to keep all the changes can be previewed in live time feed at down of the page

7)Press activate button.
